    • Free life insurance at 2x your salary up to a maximum of $200,000.

    • Additional pay of 10% of your salary up to $7,500 per year (available after 6 months of employment) to use towards a menu of benefits such as: additional health benefits, dental, vision, long-term disability, short-term disability, 403b plan, a Roth option, legal coverage, dependent care, flexible spending, and taxable spending.

    • Taxable spending may be used for health club membership, fitness activities, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, among other options.

    • Timing of vacations may be dependent on client needs, as that’s our first priority. Paid Time Off (“PTO”): PTO starts accruing the first day of employment and accrues at a rate of 35 days in a 12-month period.
        • PTO days are used for all days off, including holidays and sick time so you have maximum flexibility in the use of your PTO.
        • PTO goes up to 40 days after 5 years

    • Additional PTO for FMLA-related reasons up to 20 days.

    • A remote work policy that provides flexibility in work hours so long as operational needs are met.

    • Regular expert training on evidence-based therapy modalities, which includes being able to earn Continuing Education Units.

Advocacy Supervisor

The Advocacy Supervisor provides advocacy, crisis intervention, and short-term case management services to child victims of sexual abuse and their families who are referred to Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center. The supervisor is also responsible for supervision of a team of Family Advocates. This includes ensuring appropriate and well-coordinated care of all children and families served by the team. The Advocacy Supervisor ensures that his/her staff fully engage with families, implement all appropriate interventions in line with organization policy, and incorporate the value of culturally competent practice at all levels of service. 

Bilingual Driver

Safely transport clients, staff, partners, and items to and from ChicagoCAC and other designated locations in a timely manner. 

Bilingual Navigator – DV/SV Advocate

The Bilingual Navigator’s role is to facilitate the Chicago Advocacy Network for Hope (CAN Hope) program goals by supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence as they access CAN Hope services in English and/or Spanish. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting survivors who have experienced domestic or sexual violence through the CAN Hope intake procedures, facilitating warm referrals to co-located and non-co-located CAN Hope partners, facilitating referrals to other community resources, engaging in on-going learning about the experiences of survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and acting as a community steward of CAN Hope. This position will also operate as a Greeter when assigned to maintain staffing levels and continuity of services.  

Bilingual Receptionist

The Bilingual Receptionist is to ensure the provision of reception services in a child and client friendly environment.

Bilingual Therapist (Office Based)

Provides individual, family and group therapy and case management to clients within agency policies and procedures and practices. Assesses for social service needs of clients and makes appropriate referrals.

Custodian

The custodian is responsible for creating an inclusive environment that demonstrates equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging to our clients, ChicagoCAC employees, and partners. The position also assists in ChicagoCAC’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility and Belonging (DEIAB) initiatives.

Development Coordinator

The Development Coordinator provides administrative, clerical and project management support for the Development Department. Key responsibilities include oversight and management of The Raiser’s Edge donor management system and assisting with donor relations, events and other department projects. The Development Coordinator is a liaison between the Development Department and external stakeholders. Strong candidates will thrive in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Director of Development

The Director of Development (DOD) has principal responsibility for donor engagement and development, including cultivating/soliciting a portfolio of individual and corporate donors, and event sponsors. The Director creates and utilizes a data-driven donor relations strategy to maximize revenue for the organization, ensure sustainable pipeline of donor relationships and increase the organization’s donor base. The Director also owns and drives the moves management process for the department. 

Director of Marketing and Communications

The Director of Marketing and Communications (DMC) leads the strategy, planning, and execution of all internal and external communications for Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center (ChicagoCAC). This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communications policies, procedures, and brand standards that elevate the organization’s visibility, reinforce its mission, build trust in its brand, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. As a key member of the Development and Marketing leadership team, the DMC also oversees fundraising communications, media relations, and crisis communications.

Director of Strategic Operations

The Director of Strategic Operations is a high-impact leadership role responsible for advancing organizational performance focusing on strategic initiatives, enterprise risk management, and enterprise-wide operational performance. This position plays a critical role in aligning operational procedures with agency-wide goals by leading efforts in strategic planning, compliance, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation. This role drives execution of strategic initiatives that optimize workforce capabilities while ensuring robust systems of accountability, data governance, and regulatory adherence.

Therapist (Community-Based)

Provides individual, family and group therapy and case management to clients within agency policies and procedures and practices. Assesses the social service needs of clients and makes appropriate referrals.
