Tribute and Memorial Donations
If you elect to use our Tribute and Memorial donation functionality, you can choose to provide the honoree’s name and postal address. If requested by you, ChicagoCAC will then send the friend a one-time letter notifying the honoree of the donation. ChicagoCAC securely stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time letter.
Personal Information from Children
ChicagoCAC does not seek to collect personal information about children through our website. Visitors who are under 13 years of age should ask their parent or legal guardian for assistance when using the site and should not submit any personal information to the site. For example, visitors under 13 years of age should not make donations or subscribe to ChicagoCAC marketing email. If we learn that we have collected personal information via this website from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information.
