Chicago Advocacy Network for Hope (CAN Hope)

ChicagoCAC’s newest initiative, Chicago Advocacy Network for Hope (CAN Hope), extends comprehensive support to adult survivors of domestic violence across Chicago.

As Chicago’s first Family Justice Center, CAN Hope delivers coordinated care for adult survivors of domestic violence. Survivors are connected to a safe, accessible network of services offering housing advocacy, counseling, legal aid, and financial resources — all in one place.

Developed in 2019 and launched in November 2025, CAN Hope’s programs will continue to grow to support adult survivors of domestic and sexual violence, stalking, and human trafficking.

Building A Network of Survivor Support

CAN Hope leverages partnerships with leading survivor-serving organizations to provide a streamlined support network in one place. With over 15 partnering organizations, CAN Hope Navigators create a safe, trauma-informed space for survivors to share their experiences and directly connected them to the care and resources they need.

Interested in joining this collaborative model of care? Organizations aligned with CAN Hope’s work are invited to help shape the future of survivor-centered services. To learn more about partnership opportunities, please email canhopeinfo@chicagocac.org
