The CCAC was founded on the belief that no one agency or professional alone can prevent and treat child abuse - a multi-disciplinary response is necessary. The Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center houses legal, medical, child protective, law enforcement and social service professionals who provide services that are developmentally and culturally sensitive to each child’s needs.
