On Wednesday, April 22, we welcomed over 400 community members to the Four Seasons to celebrate and uplift those dedicated to creating a safer world for children, free from abuse and other forms of harm.
We were honored to recognize two pillars of our community, our Luminary Award Recipients: Alexi Giannoulias and John C. Robak. We were moved by our keynote speaker, educator and survivor Jess Michaels, who shared her powerful story. Our gratitude also goes to CBS News Chicago Anchor Irika Sargent, who served as our emcee for the evening.
