This is horrifying. Many viewers saw this sexual assault of a child and did nothing to help her. We cannot assume that others are taking action to protect the children around us. Be the person who calls 911 when there is immediate danger. Be the person who calls the child abuse hotline, 1-800-25-ABUSE, when you suspect – let alone know – that a child is being harmed. Every one of us is responsible for protecting and helping the children in our community.
