Professional Training

The training program provides customized trainings for community organizations that are tailored to meet the specific needs and interests of the agency. The program also organizes monthly, on-site educational presentations for CCAC staff and partners. The program tracks and alerts CCAC staff and partners to nationwide learning opportunities and calls for presenters to share their expertise with others. The training program maintains the Center’s library and will soon be offering an orientation program to all new CCAC staff, including partner agencies. The program assists with coordination of medical trainings for Chicago Police Department and DCFS by several MPEEC physicians. And, the program ensures that the CCAC maintains its status as a licensed, continuing education credit provider.
