Representative Miller Visits CCAC

State Representative David Miller, who serves the 29th District and is House Assistant Majority Leader, visited the Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center on Friday, October 23. Representative Miller toured the CCAC’s child-friendly facilities, learning about how all relevant agencies come together to investigate cases of alleged child abuse in one place, minimizing traumatic impact on the child. After the tour, Representative Miller met with Executive Director Char Rivette and Chief External Affairs Officer Theresa Olson to discuss in-depth the children’s advocacy center model and the populations served at the CCAC.
