Join us for Special Trauma Training July 15
“A Clinicians Guide to Understanding, Identifying, & Responding to Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children & Youth” will take place on Wednesday, July 15 from 9:00am - 5:00pm at U.S Cellular Field. This special training event will help participants recognize commercial sexual exploitation of children and youth and detect risk factors. Participants will learn necessary skills for treating children and youth affected by complex trauma.
Come learn about the nationally acclaimed Integrative Treatment of Complex Trauma for Children and Adolescents Model. This model addresses treatment of multiple traumas. Presenters include Dr. Cheryl Lanktree, Executive Director for Miller Children’s Abuse & Violence Intervention Center, Long Beach, Seth Donovan, Founder of Prax(us) Organization, Denver, and Brenda Myers Powell, Co-Founder of Dream Catcher Organization, Chicago.
