Bill Dodds, President

William Dodds is Executive Vice President and Treasurer of The Northern Trust Company, Chicago, and is a member of the Board’s Risk Management and Personnel and Compensation Committees.  Mr. Dodds’ responsibilities at The Northern Trust Company include the financial analysis, corporate finance, liquidity management and corporate development activities. Prior to assuming his current role, he was responsible for the Corporation’s strategic planning function. He is also active in several charitable organizations and is a Board Member and President of the Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center. Mr. Dodds received an A.B. with honors in economics from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. degree from the Graduate School of Business at The University of Chicago.

Tom Sampson is President, Foodservice. He was named to this position in February 2002.  Tom joined Kraft in 1985 and has held a number of key marketing assignments in Cheese, including Category Business Director of Recipe Cheese and Sandwich Cheese.  From 1996 to 1998, Tom was the Director of Marketing for the Pizza Division and led the national expansion of DiGiorno. In 1998, Tom was promoted to Vice President of Marketing for Oscar Mayer and led a turnaround of the core Oscar Mayer meat business. Prior to his current position, he was the Vice President of Category Sales Management and Strategy for Kraft Foods North America.  He is on the Executive Board of International Foodservice Manufacturers Association, on the Board of Directors for Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center, on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Foodservice Forum, and is involved in Leadership Greater Chicago and LINK Unlimited, a not-for-profit organization that provides educational services and mentoring to economically disadvantaged African American youth from the Chicago area.  He has a Bachelor’s from Notre Dame and a Master’s of Management from Northwestern University.

Kevin Berry is vice president of Equity International, primarily responsible for investor relations and portfolio management.  Mr. Berry Joined Equity International in 2007, having previously spent 10 years at Equity Office Properties Trust in several roles including director of financial reporting, where he managed SEC reporting and determined accounting treatment for complex transactions, and subsequently director of investor relations, responsible for interaction with institutional investors and the analyst community.  Prior to Equity Office, he was an auditor with Ernst & Young and with Kenneth Leventhal, where he focused on real estate clients.  Mr. Berry holds a B.S. in finance from Northern Illinois University and M.B.A. with honors from the University of Notre Dame, and is a certified public accountant.

Dr. Freeman Farrow, Secretary

Freeman L. Farrow, M.D., is of counsel and a member of the Litigation and Trial Practice Group as well as the Franchise and Distribution Law Team. In July 2007 he joined the faculty of DePaul University College of Law in Chicago as an Assistant Professor teaching health law.
Prior to joining Miller Canfield, he was law clerk to The Honorable John Feikens of the Eastern District of Michigan; a summer associate with the University of Michigan Medical Center’s Attorney’s Office; an urgent visit physician with the Community Health Plan of Latham, New York; and was affiliated with the Community Medical Center of Chicopee, Massachusetts in its Traditional Family Practice and Minor Emergency Care program. From 1994 - 2007, he was an urgent visit physician with Michigan’s Emergency Physicians Medical Group, working in the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital system in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
