Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center and our partners are the front-line responders in Chicago to reports of child sexual abuse, as well as reports of physical abuse of children under age 3.
We are the city’s only not-for-profit that coordinates child protection staff, law enforcement professionals, medical experts, family advocates and mental health clinicians under one roof.
As adults, we have a responsibility to protect the children around us. View our resources or attend a training to learn how to prevent, recognize, respond to and report abuse so that you can help.
Thank you to the generous donors who contributed more than $29,000 on #GivingTuesday! Every dollar raised honors the everyday heroes at ChicagoCAC who help children and families heal from sexual abuse in Chicago. There’s still time to support our work! Learn more.
Our next Keeping Children Safe training is on Tuesday, January 30, 2018. Register now for this overview of preventing child sexual abuse, recognizing warning signs to intervene and responding to disclosures of abuse. CE credits are available for $15.
Our Growing & Giving campaign helps us build capacity as we grow and sustain our programs. Join us in helping children heal from child sexual abuse and preventing abuse from occurring.
